Woo! Hoo! Marathon Number 105 and still alive…

I was extremely privileged to have the opportunity to run the Cape Town Marathon, which was a perfect day surrounded by incredible people and some of the most beautiful scenery in the world.

Really pleased to cross the line in 4:09 following a big week of travel and running that saw me complete marathons in Kansas, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota in the USA, prior to travelling from Denver International Airport to O.R. Tambo International Airport via Los Angeles and Istanbul.

The spectacular scenery included the backdrop of Table Mountain and the impressive Cape Town Stadium.
